Mensaje problema con el file audit.log en elastix xorcom

Desde que actualicé la central de elastix 1.6 a 2.2 tenía el molesto mensaje de "The file audit.log couldn't be opened" como se ve en la figura

Lo arreglé insertando por ssh el siguiente codigo en la consola de comandos a través de putty:

# cd /var/log/elastix
# touch audit.log
# chown asterisk:asterisk audit.log

Cansado de hace fila en el ICE y de gastar horas en el "soporte técnico" he usado ya productos de lacompetencia, en este caso Movistar, para lo cual, hasta el momento estoy muy contento.
Por eso quiero facilitar un par de configuraciones para las llamadas Datacard, en mi caso una Huawai E166, que era del ICE, pero ya no más.

Configuración para Windows XP, Vista y 7
1. Entrar al programa Mobile Partner (si no lo ha instalado, al conectar la data se va a puro siguiente, )
2. Ir a la barra de Menús, Herramientas, Opciones
3. Y en esa ventana colocar los siguientes Datos (probados a enero 2012)

Salvar session linux ubuntu

Para poder cerrar el cliente de SSH y poder reconectarnos a una sesión anterior, se usa una utilidad llamada ‘screen’. Para instalarla tenemos que poner en consola:

sudo apt-get install screen

En unos segundos estará instalada.

Para crear una sesión que no se cierre al cerrar el terminal cliente de SSH tecleamos:

screen bash

Entonces podemos usar la consola con normalidad. Si cerramos el cliente de SSH y volvemos a acceder a nuestra Raspberry Pi, podemos regresar a la sesión ya iniciada con anterioridad tecleando:

screen -r

Si resulta que tenemos varias sesiones iniciadas simultáneamente, podemos ver la lista escribiendo:

screen -list

Para conectarnos, por ejemplo a la primera sesión de la imagen, escribimos:

screen -r 8006.pts-0.raspberrypi

Y vemos cómo la consola permanece tal y como la dejamos la última vez que accedimos a ella.

I partially answered my own question. Yes for option one but I am using identical servers. What if the servers were not identical? Should the VM work when moved?

Anyway, if it helps anyone, here is what I did to move a Win2000 VM from a kvm-based Ubuntu 9.04-server amd64 to a server running proxmox 1.4 beta2. My transfer medium was an external usb drive formatted using ext3.

#Backup On Prod Server
# Plug in usb drive and locate drive. You might want to use fdisk to help. In fdisk type 'p' to list partitions. 'm' for help.
fdisk /dev/sdb
# mount drive if not mounted
mkdir /mnt/drive2
sudo mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/drive2

# Find LVM file to copy
sudo lvdisplay
sudo dd if=/dev/vmgroup/vm52 of=/mnt/drive2/vm_2000.dd
ls -lh /mnt/drive2/
sudo umount /mnt/drive2

#Migrate to New Server
# Plug in usb drive and locate drive. See directions above
mkdir /mnt/drive2
sudo mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/drive2
ls -lh /mnt/drive2/

# Locate desired VM to replace and rename. They are in the images folder.
ls -hl /var/lib/vz/images/103
mv /var/lib/vz/images/103/*.raw /var/lib/vz/images/103/vm-103-disk-1.raw.back

# Copy the external usb file to the proxmox lvm
dd if=/mnt/drive2/vm_2000.dd of=/var/lib/vz/images/103/vm-103-disk-1.raw

# Clean-up
rm /var/lib/vz/images/103/vm-103-disk-1.raw.back

# Unmount
sudo umount /mnt/drive2
